Title Sequence Research

SE7EN Title Sequence:
We are going to do a title sequence from inspiration of the film SE7EN because the beginning of our film starts with sociopath flicking through images and photos and writing down information and planning routes on paper hunched over his desk in a dark basement with barely any light. We were going to do the title seqence at this point because it creates the eerie feeling of which we are trying to provide within our film. Our main idea is to do a new title everytime he flicks or turns a page so the noise queues a new title.



I also thought the title sequence of the film BURIED was quite clever because it was only 3 colours, black, white and orange and it had a creepy basement kind of feeling to it as it went through. Although the lines made it seem quite sci-fi like, it also gave off the impression being quite strange. I just liked the way the words were formed around different objects and lines.
